About Khadija.

Individual + Couples Therapist

Hi, I’m Khadija (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

I’m a hobby collector at heart—painting, crochet, clay making, reading, and lakeside walks are some of my current favourites. I care more about the process than perfection, and I bring that same curiosity and openness into my work with clients.

My curiosity and love for exploration carry over into my therapy practice. I work with couples navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s feeling disconnected, struggling to communicate, or rebuilding trust after hurt. Together, we focus on understanding each other better, rebuilding connection, and creating a relationship that feels supportive and meaningful.

I use evidence-based psychotherapy techniques to strengthen communication and deepen connection, while gently exploring relational patterns, reactions, and triggers. I also take a strengths-based approach, building on what is already working within the relationship.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and I am trained in arts-based therapy. When appropriate, I may incorporate creative exercises to support emotional expression and foster deeper understanding between partners in meaningful ways.

I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, or life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are, explore what’s weighing on you, and grow at your own pace.

You deserve to feel heard, be yourself, and flourish—both on your own and in your relationships. I would be honoured to support you on that journey.
