CANCELLATION POLICY + FEES

Please note that clients will be charged the full session fee, as determined by the Psychotherapist, for late cancellations (within 24-hours notice) or no-shows. Clients will be asked to sign a No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy at their first appointment. Payment for each session is due at the time of your appointment. Please note that fees are subject to revisions each calendar year.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to collecting, using, and disclosing personal information responsibly and only to the extent necessary for the Psychotherapy services that we provide. We provide our clients with a detailed Privacy Policy outlining how personal information is handled in our practice. We are trained to collect, use, and disclose personal information only as necessary to fulfill our duties and in accordance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) 2004, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

CRPO PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE STANDARDS
