MEET THE TEAM

Founder, Therapist + Supervisor
Anastasia Assuras MCP, RP
I received my Master of Counselling Psychology (MCP) from Adler University in Vancouver, BC and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am a trained individual, couples, and family psychotherapist with experience delivering evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and I use the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my practice. I use trauma-informed practice in my work and I have training and experience with many different therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems Therapy, Dreamwork Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I offer psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing difficult life transitions, emotional challenges, mental health issues, and relationship concerns. I have a strong background working with families affected by behavioural and substance addictions as I strive to help family members engage in their own healing and recovery. I have worked closely with youth and adults experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, traumatic experiences, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create an atmosphere for growth and internal wisdom in a non-judgmental, open therapy environment. I work collaboratively and transparently with clients to determine their specific priorities and needs and I customize treatment to align with their goals.

Individual, Couples + Family Therapist
Ashley Casselman MACP, RP(Q)
My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Queen’s University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. I am Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
I offer individual, couples, and family therapy. I draw on modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I incorporate mindfulness and somatic work into therapy and am trained in trauma-informed practices. I bring a warm, person-centred approach to my work, rooted in empathy and genuine care.
I work collaboratively with my clients, drawing on their inner strengths and resilience to support personal growth and help them achieve their goals. My approach is flexible and tailored to each individual with a strong emphasis on the connection between mind and body. I'm deeply committed to walking alongside my clients as they navigate their growth and healing journeys.
My journey into psychology began while I was a stay-at-home, homeschooling mother—a time that grew a deep interest in mental health and led me to pursue a career in therapy. I am passionate about helping individuals connect with their authentic selves and move toward holistic well-being.

Individual, Couples Therapist + Supervisor
Bella Rawleigh MA, RP
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with a deep passion for mental wellness and a genuine commitment to helping people live more meaningful, fulfilling lives. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in both compassion and evidence-based practices.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in corporate development and management—an
experience that gives me a unique perspective when supporting clients from professional or high-performance backgrounds. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and bring a thoughtful, well-rounded lens to my work.
With individuals, I offer a non-judgmental space where we can explore emotional pain, build self-awareness, and gently shift patterns that may no longer serve you. My aim is to support
your healing and growth so you can feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life.
When working with couples, I draw on evidence-based methods to improve communication, reduce conflict, and help partners reconnect in meaningful ways. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or simply want to strengthen your relationship, I support couples in
developing healthier, more effective ways of relating.
I have extensive experience helping clients with a wide range of concerns—including anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, anger, family dynamics, and relationship struggles. Together, we’ll explore core emotions, uncover recurring patterns, and build coping tools that support real, lasting change. Most importantly, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to show up fully. Whatever you’re facing, we’ll work through it together—at your pace, and with care—so you can move toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and aligned with who you truly are.
